Kindergarten and TK/JK Enrollment Underway

Kindergarten enrollment, for the 2015-2016 school year, is now underway at Crestview.

Crestview is also accepting applications for Transitional Kindergarten(TK) and Junior Kindergarten(JK) students:

TK is for students turning five between Sept. 2 and Dec. 2; children attend regular kindergarten after a full year of TK.

JK is designed for students turning five between July 1 and Sept. 1 who are not quite ready for kindergarten.  At the end of JK, parents have a choice to repeat JK, or to attend regular kindergarten.

Stop by the school anytime to enroll your child, or to obtain more information.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM.

Students with American Indian Heritage

The Indian Education Program is trying to identify and enroll students who are of American Indian or Native Alaskan descent.  Are your children an Indian?  Part Indian?  Do you have any part Indian blood?  If you say "yes" to any of these questions, your child qualifies for the Ventura County Indian Education Consortium Program.

At Crestview, the program provides Indian Studies lessons that increase reading skills.  If you feel your child is qualified for these services you can obtain a "Student Eligibility Certification" from the Principal's office.
